Construction Management Services allows the owner to fast-track delivery of the project. CCC, Inc. assist from the beginning of the design phase through certificate of occupancy. During the design phase, CCC, Inc. is responsible for the management of the construction team and manages the construction cost with the customer. This construction management method is based on a cost plus fee or fixed fee. CCC, Inc. solicits competitive proposals from multiple sub-contractors for each construction phase. Evaluations are made on the submitted proposals and recommendations are made to the owner regarding which proposal best suits the project requirements.

This method of project delivery is used throughout the construction industry. CCC, Inc. becomes involved after the design process has been completed. The owner is the single point of contact for the construction process. CCC, Inc. provides an estimate for the scope of work as defined by the plans prepared by the architect and owner. Once the contract has been awarded, CCC, Inc. is the single point of contact for the owner. CCC, Inc. is responsible for maintaining the construction cost, schedule and quality. This method is usually based on a negotiated price or lump sum.

Design-Building
Design-Building method of construction allows CCC, Inc. to select and employ an architect to work as part of the project team. The construction process and entire design is coordinated and completed by CCC, Inc. This method has several advantages, such as budgeting, significant cost savings through use of cost effective construction, and fast-track design/construction of the project early in the process. Design building offers the owner the ability to have the project managed from the beginning to the end.
