Who We Are

Custom Crafted Construction, Inc. was formed in 2003 by Lonnie Privett & Reece Milton. Since its inception the company has built upon the past experience of its members and built several subdivisions and communities as well as custom homes, log cabins, and commercial properties numbering well into the hundreds.

Mr. Privett’s experience includes being an Award Winning Dealer/Builder for Heritage Log Homes, Inc. in the 1990s. Building 1800 log homes worldwide for them - he not only expanded the quality name brand for Heritage, he developed a flair for international business. A consummate manager of people and projects, he intuitively knows the right talent to hire and the right projects to develop.

Mr. Milton lived everyman’s dream of being a NASCAR driver while simultaneously running a construction company that built over 1500 homes. A natural, educated and experienced marketer – Reece thrives on building CCC, Inc. into a recognizable name by building quality residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Custom Crafted Construction was formed as merger of these two dynamic individuals to better service the needs of the upper end construction market. Both Lonnie and Reece are Licensed Residential, Commercial and Industrial Builders of the State of Tennessee. They have successfully grown CCC, Inc. into a reputable, reliable and sought after Builder.

CCC, Inc. has several subcontractors and supervisors with as much as 80 years experience in the industry, and has created long lasting relationships with these individuals and companies that insure a consistency in the product they produce. This consistent quality product and no hassle building process has lead to a base of clients that come back again and again.
